At Big Joe®, we want you to love your comfort experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned products are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully compress your Big Joe product back into its original shipping box or a similar container, ensuring it is securely taped.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
